The "I Wonder" Game
Every time you say to yourself "I wonder", you summon your imagination and turn on the intuitive flow. Introduce this query into the flow of your daily life.
I wonder:
- who's on the phone?
- which elevator will arrive first?
- what will be on sale at the grocery store?
- where my keys are?
- who I'll meet today?
- what's the best way to get downtown and avoid traffic?
- who will win the baseball game?
- what time my package will be delivered today?
- what song will be on the radio next?
The idea is to present as many "I wonder" questions to your Wise Self as possible and then allow yourself to imagine the answers. Don't make the questions complex and avoid asking emotionally charged questions.
If your intuitive choice is right, celebrate. If it isn't, don't stop playing "I wonder". This is a game and not a test. It is an opportunity to let yourself loosen up and open up to your imagination. Developing your intuition is just like developing any other muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it will become and the more you'll learn to trust it.
By playing "I wonder", you stimulate your awareness, you focus your attention, and you bring your full attention to the here and now. "I wonder" is a playful way for you to start accessing your inner wisdom.
