Her coaching focuses on your strengths and then works with you as you leverage these innate talents and abilities into personal and business success. Other career highlights include over a decade of working with "at-risk" children as an educator. She uses creative dramatics and theatre techniques to teach children self-confidence, communication skills and finding new and more effective ways to deal with violence. She has taught these skills and techniques to other educators. For the past three years, she has participated as a facilitator during a New York law school's first year simulations. An average of 450 first-year students participate in these simulations/role-plays where they practice conflict resolution, develop people skills and gain mastery in asking evocative questions.

In addition to education, her work experience also includes sales, management and customer service. Lea is an actress with over twenty years of experience in theatre, film, television and voiceovers. She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and Actors Equity Association. Her B.A. is in Communication from the University of Illinois.

She is a faculty member of Women's U, a virtual university dedicated to creating a community for the needs of women and has taught teleclasses for them. She is a popular columnist and her articles are featured or have been featured on numerous websites. A list of the sites where her writing is posted is available on request.
